All 105 is a Nittany Sports Now series profiling each Penn State football player. This edition will look at second-year walk-on OL Jim Fitzgerald.

Before Penn State: Fitzgerald lettered three years at Archbishop Spalding High School, helping the team to a 10-1 record and making second-team all-county his senior year. Fitzgerald played for Maryland in the annual Big 33 game which pits the top high school players from Maryland and Pennsylvania against each other. One of Fitzgerald’s high school teammates was current Penn State safety Zakee Wheatley. Fitzgerald decided to walk-on at Penn State.
2022: Fitzgerald redshirted his first season but did appear in two games. The coaching staff named him Developmental Squad Offensive Player of the Week three times, and he earned Penn State’s Developmental Squad Offensive Player of the Year along with Jan Mahlert.
2023: Fitzgerald didn’t play in any of Penn State’s games.
