On the field, Clifford is a four-year starter and team captain who has played in 48 games, making 43 starts in his career. This season he set school records in career passing yards (10,023), completions (709), attempts (1,285), and passing touchdowns (79). He has completed 62.1 percent of his passes, the highest in his career as a starter, with 2184 passing yards, and 17 touchdown passes to seven interceptions.
Off the field is where Clifford makes his biggest impact on the Penn State community. Clifford presented a $15,000 donation to Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Centre County, with a collaboration of proceeds coming from the All-State Insurance company and donations from Clifford’s NIL-related proceeds.
Clifford is the founder and CEO of a company called Limitless NIL, helping student-athletes venture out into this new NIL world.
The finalists will be named on Dec. 14, and the winner will be announced at the award ceremony on Feb. 23 at a banquet in Frisco, Texas. The winner will receive a $10,000 contribution in his name to their school’s athletic scholarship fund, courtesy of Jason Witten’s SCORE Foundation charity founded by Jason and his wife, Michelle founded in 2007.
