The Penn State men’s basketball non-conference schedule has been released today and it has great competition.
The highlights include the Nittany Lions kicking off their 2026-2027 campaign at home against Canisius on Monday, November 2, 2026.
Three days later on Thursday, November 5, former standout Penn State basketball alum, Danny Earl, will lead his Chattanooga Mocs to State College as the head coach revisits the Bryce Jordan Center.
Then on Sunday, November 8, Penn State will clash with in-state rival Pitt at The Palestra in Philadelphia marking their 150th all-time meeting.

Click here to add us.Then onto paradise at the Bahamas on November 25 for the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament as the Nittany Lions will be guaranteed two games against Power Four conference teams. The other three teams in Penn State’s bracket includes Memphis, Mississippi State and Wake Forest.
The Blue & White will then wrap up their non-conference slate against Philadelphia’s Saint Joseph’s. This game will be played at the Giant Center in Hershey on Tuesday, December 22.
The other non-conference competition includes Mercyhurst, New Haven, IU Indy, Albany, UT Martin and Lafayette.
