Penn State has received a commitment from Sweden.
Yes, Sweden.
His name is Oscar Webersink, and he’s a 6-foot-8, 295-pound offensive lineman from St. Thomas More High School in Oakdale, Connecticut.
Webersink is playing in the states, but comes from Sweden originally. Penn State offered him last month, and he also has offers from schools such as Maryland, Florida State, Northwestern, Oregon State, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
247Sports rates him as a three-star recruit, the No. 84 offensive tackle in the country and the No. 3 player in Connecticut.
Penn State now has 22 players in its 2027 Class, with five of them being offensive linemen.
