Penn State had more than one player go within the top two rounds of this year’s NFL Draft.

The night after Penn State’s former starting left tackle, Olu Fashanu, went in 11th overall to the New York Jets, the man on the right side, Caedan Wallace, went in the third round.

Wallace was at Penn State for five seasons and started for four of them.

As a redshirt senior, he played the best football of his career, becoming an All-Big Ten honorable mention performer. In 359 passing attempts, Wallace allowed just one sack. Penn State’s offensive line has had a revival over the past several seasons, and Wallace was a big part of that.

Three Penn State players have now been selected, with Wallace joining Fashanu and DE Chop Robinson, who went No. 21 to the Dolphins.
