Update (8:00 a.m.)— **Penn State basketball has extended an offer to Omarr Smith (2025), a four-star combo guard from Baltimore’s Archbishop Curley High School. Smith (6-foot-3) also has offers from NJIT, Providence, Towson, UCF and UMass.

Update (7:30 a.m.)— **Penn State football has extended an offer to Bryce Randolph (2025), a 5-foot-11, 160-pound ATH from Florida’s Wiregrass High School. This is Randolph’s first Division I offer.
