Penn State has offered a Big Ten offensive lineman who recently put his name in the transfer portal.
MSU senior guard Keyshawn Blackstock announced Thursday the Nittany Lions have officially offered him a scholarship.

The offer comes two days after Blackstock entered the portal. A Covington, Georgia native, Blackstock was the No. interior and 6th-best JUCO prospect in last year’s class, according to Sports Illustrated.
A 6-foot-5, 315-pound former three-star recruit, Blackstock was ranked as the top interior offensive lineman in his class by 247Sports and No. 2 in Georgia. He’s also received offers from Virginia Tech, Nebraska, Memphis, Pitt, Cal, Arizona State, and Ole Miss, among others.
Blackstock only played four games for Michigan State and sparingly saw the field. The veteran lineman played 74 offensive snaps for the Spartans this year, all 74 coming at left tackle. He faired decently well in limited snaps. According to PFF, Blackstock allowed just two pressures and two hurries (both against Central Michigan).
Former Spartans coach Mel Tucker was fired with cause on Sept. 27. A 30-day transfer window opened for Michigan State players to enter the transfer portal, an opportunity Blackstock quickly took advantage of. The Nittany Lions play MSU on Friday, Nov. 24 at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan.
