At the moment, South Carolina appears to be the favorite for Hill.
He named South Carolina his “leader” back in April. Additionally, all three of 247Sports’ Crystal Ball projections, placed by South Carolina Insiders
JC Shurburtt, Tony Morrell and Hale McGranahan, have him becoming a Gamecock.
Hill discussed his experience with Penn State in an interview for On3Sports.
”I love the culture that they’re building,” Hill said, “and I could really see myself elevating the program and getting over the hump and becoming national champions. I feel I could be a game-changer especially in the Big Ten.”
