Big Ten Sets Times, Channels for Penn State MBB

Game times and TV channels have been set for most of this coming Penn State men’s basketball season.

At least 28 of Penn State’s games will be broadcast on national television. Some will be on ESPN, others FS1 and more on the Big Ten Network. Every game that’s on FS1 or the Big Ten network will also be streamed nationwide and ESPN games can also be seen on the ESPN app.

Penn State’s first two games against Winthrop and Loyola (MD) will be broadcast on Big Ten+ at 7. The team’s first marquee matchup, scheduled for Nov. 14 against Butler, will be on FS1 at 8:30.

Penn State’s next three games will be on ESPN’s family of networks, then its Nov. 25 game against Lafayette at the Bryce Jordan Center, scheduled for 7, is on Big Ten+, and its game against Clemson is four days later, part of the Big Ten-ACC challenge, will be on ESPN at a time TBA.

Then, the teams first 16 Big Ten games— starting with Michigan State Dec. 7 at the Bryce Jordan Center— are on either the Big Ten Network or Big Ten+. Penn State’s Feb. 14 game against Illinois at home is set to be on ESPN at 7, and then Penn State returns to the Big Ten Network, where its 7:00 Feb. 18 game at Minnesota will be broadcast.

Penn State hosts Ohio State on FS1 Feb. 23 at 6:30 and its last three regular season games will be on the Big Ten Network. The Big Ten tournament, scheduled for March 8-12, will be on the Big Ten Network and FS1.
