Welcome Penn State fans to Nittany Sports Now’s bowl projections.
With the College Football Playoff rankings being in their fourth week and reaching Week 12 and the end of the regular season, it’s time for our third bowl projection.
Penn State is a win away from a 10-win season and solidifying a New Year’s Six bowl game for the fifth time under James Franklin.
Penn State heads to Detroit and Ford Field to take on Michigan State Friday night in a battle for the prestigious Land Grant Trophy.
After the third CFP rankings, Penn State enters Friday at No. 11 in the country with room to move up with a win and some losses to teams ahead of them.
