Update (7:00 a.m.)— Penn State has three Class of 2024 commits from Wisconsin, and James Franklin checked in on at least two of them Friday.
Donovan Harbour, a four-star OL, and Corey Smith, a four-star RB, each play for Catholic Memorial in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Franklin stayed for the first quarter of its game against Pius XI. Smith couldn’t play due to injury. Franklin left via helicopter, with rumor being that he went to see another ‘24 four-star OL commit; Garrett Sexton (Hartland, Wisconsin).
Penn State’s James Franklin has left the building at the end of the first. Off to check on other recruits?
