The 2026-2027 Penn State wrestling schedule has been released.
Let’s get down to business.
Penn State opens the season on, oddly enough, Thursday, Nov. 12 against Bloomsburg in Rec Hall.
Next up, Penn State goes to Oklahoma Nov. 15.
Unfortunately for David Taylor, it’s Norman, Oklahoma, not Stillwater.
Penn State will take on the Sooners for the second year in a row, while the Oklahoma State mega dual continues to wait.
The next Sunday, Penn State will compete at the Army Black Knight Invite.
Penn State’s next dual meet will be two weeks later when it takes on Lehigh Dec. 6 on the road.
The following Sunday, PSU will take on West Virginia in the Bryce Jordan Center for the first meeting since 2012.
PSU will finish out 2026 at the Collegiate Duals Dec. 20, taking on Duke, Binghamton and Oregon State.
Penn State will open 2027 against a Big Ten opponent on the road at Rutgers Saturday, Jan. 9. Six days later, Penn State has its first Big Ten home dual meet of the season against Michigan at the Bryce Jordan Center, then takes on Maryland two days later for a quick turnaround at Rec Hall.
Penn State is back in action Jan. 22 on the road at Michigan State, then has another quick turnaround Jan. 24 against Wisconsin at Rec Hall.
PSU hits the road again when it takes on Minnesota in Minneapolis Jan. 29.
Then, things get really good.
Penn State hosts Iowa at the Bryce Jordan Center Friday, Feb. 5, then hits the road exactly a week later to take on Ohio State.
Penn State ends its regular season in exciting fashion with a non-conference bout against Northern Iowa Feb. 19
Then, it will be time for the Big Ten Championships (March 6-7 in Columbus) and national championships (March 18-20 in St. Louis). Penn State is expected to win both.
