**Penn State football has extended an offer to Harry Dalton III (2025), a three-star, 6-foot, 205-pound ATH from Virginia’s Dinwiddie High School. Dalton also has offers from schools such as Duke, Maryland, Minnesota, Pitt, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
