**Penn State has offered Sidikiba Kaba (2023), a 6-foot-3, 265-pound defensive end from Kipp Columbus High School in Ohio.
Kaba is a three-star recruit according to 247Sports’ site rankings and has a dozen other offers, from schools such as Duke, Michigan, Ohio, Toledo and West Virginia.

**Three-star 2023 offensive tackle Jordan Hall (6-foot-8, 320-pounds) from Kipp Columbus in Ohio. He’s received nine offers thus far, with Penn State being the biggest program to offer him. He’s received offers from Ashland University, Ball State, Central State, Marshall, Massachusetts, Ohio, Penn State, Toledo and Youngstown State.
