**Penn State has offered Noah Jenkins, a three-star cornerback/wide receiver from Highland Springs High School in Highland Springs, Virginia.
Jenkins also has offers from schools such as Duke, Boston College, East Carolina, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

**Penn State is the first Division I school to offer Jake Guarnera (2024), a 6-foot-4, 290-pound offensive lineman from Ponte Vedra High School in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
