**Jenkins’ teammate, freshman linebacker/running back Brennan Johnson, has also been offered by Penn State.

Update (8:33 PM)—

**Penn State has offered Noah Jenkins, a three-star cornerback/wide receiver from Highland Springs High School in Highland Springs, Virginia.

Jenkins also has offers from schools such as Duke, Boston College, East Carolina, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

**Penn State is the first Division I school to offer Jake Guarnera (2024), a 6-foot-4, 290-pound offensive lineman from Ponte Vedra High School in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

**Penn State football has offered Zakkarii Black, a 2023 athlete from Charter Oak High School in Covina, California. Black also has offers from Grambling and Morgan State.
