There was more evidence of the outstanding job of recruiting done by the Penn State coaches on Thursday with the commitment of offensive big Andre Roye, from St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland. For the longest time, the big offensive lineman was considered a heavy lean towards Maryland.

The addition of Roye not only gave Penn State their 25th commitment in their Class of 2022 but it also gave them something else to pitch on the recruiting trail.

James Franklin and the Nittany Lions now have the No. 1 ranked recruiting class per 247 Sports.
