For the second time in a week, a prominent Penn State football commit has reaffirmed his pledge to the Nittany Lions and announced that he’s shutting down his recruiting.
Jerry Cross, a 4-star tight end from Milwaukee, tweeted Wednesday that he is “locked in” with his commitment to PSU.

There had been speculation for months that Saunders, who committed to PSU in July, might be tempted by some of the other programs that had offered him lately.
Cross and Saunders are part of a strong 2022 recruiting class for Penn State that ranks No. 6 in the nation by 247Sports.
