Penn State begins Big Ten action by welcoming the Wisconsin Badgers to Beaver Stadium for a rare 5 p.m. kickoff in Happy Valley.
PSU is 12-9 all-time against Wisconsin and has won the last six games. Penn State last defeated the Badgers with a 28-13 win on the road, outscoring Wisconsin 21-3 in the second half.
Penn State dominated Buffalo 55-13 last Saturday. The nine-game conference schedule begins against Luke Fickell and the 2-1 Badgers, who beat Eastern Michigan 54-10 last week.

Saturday will be a beautiful fall day in State College, with temperatures between 60 and 65 degrees during the game and 65 degrees at kickoff. There’s no rain expected in the forecast, and it will be an overcast afternoon in Happy Valley. The weather will warm up by more than 10 degrees from when the tailgate lots open, close to the mid-50s.
