Update (7:30 a.m.)— **Penn State has extended an offer to Levi Babin (2027), a 6-foot-1, 195-pound ATH from Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia. Babin also has offers from schools such as Maryland, Navy, Old Dominion, Virginia Tech, Rutgers, Syracuse and West Virginia.
