The announcement, part of EA Sports ongoing reveal of game features, highlights Beaver Stadium’s legendary White Out atmosphere and its notorious impact on opposing teams.
Players playing as Penn State can leverage the “Stadium Pulse” features designed to simulate the real-world chaos of a Beaver Stadium game day.
In last year’s return of the EA Sports franchise “College Football 25,” Beaver Stadium was ranked No. 6.
LSU’s Tiger Stadium claimed the top spot, supplanting Texas A&M’s Kyle Field which dropped to No. 11 in this year’s game.
Other features gamers will be excited for is enhanced Dynasty features that has a database of college football national champions since 1869 and conference champions since 1896. Protected opponents can be assigned as well as up to 50 formation substitutions. Nearly 40 new mascots including the Pop Tarts Bowl mascot will make their debut in the game.
Coach creator will be based off of three archetypes (Recruiter, Motivator, Tactician), as well as various recruiting pitches as well as the transfer portal.
“College Football 26” will be available to download and purchase for its wide release on July 10. Advanced purchasers of the “Deluxe” and “MVP” bundles will have access July 7.
