Matt Sieg the top 2026 recruit from the WPIAL will be making an upcoming visit to State College.
The 4-star defensive back from Fort Cherry High School will be watching Penn State in the first two weeks of the college football season.
Sieg tells Nittany Sports Now that he’ll be in Morgantown for the Penn State/West Virginia game. The following weekend (September 7th), Sieg will be at Penn State’s Home Opener vs. Bowling Green. In Week 3, Sieg will be attending The Backyard Brawl in Pittsburgh between Pitt and West Virginia.
The 6’0″, 170-pound multi-sport star is rated by Rivals.com as the No. 5 overall prospect in Pennsylvania and one of the Top 200 overall players in the Class of 2026.

Aside from Penn State, Pitt and West Virginia, Sieg holds an impressive offer list that includes Maryland, Minnesota, Michigan State, Missouri, Nebraska, Rutgers, Syracuse, USC and Wisconsin.
