Saturday is arguably the biggest recruiting weekend of the year for Penn State.

The annual White Out is an attraction for what feels like 107,000+ reasons, and one of them is the amount of recruits that will be there for the big game.

Wednesday, word got out that the top-ranked ‘25 QB, Bryce Underwood, will be in Happy Valley for Saturday’s event.

Less than 24 hours later, another ‘24 five-star announced his weekend plans. Ernest Willor Jr. a 6-foot-4, 245-pound EDGE from Townson, Maryland that played at Florida’s famous IMG Academy and now plays for Concordia Prep.

Willor been on Penn State’s radar for a long time. PSU offered him in Sept. 2021 early in his sophomore season. He also has offers from schools such as Alabama, Boston College, Cincinnati,  Georgia, Kentucky, Louisville, LSU, Michigan, Miami, Maryland, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Ohio State, Pitt, Rutgers, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M, USF, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.

Willor took his official visit to Penn State the first weekend of June. He also plans on taking officials to schools such as Auburn, Ohio State, Maryland and South Carolina.

Willor had a breakout season as a sophomore for Baltimore’s Gilman High School. He ended the season with 48 total tackles (17 tackles for loss), 10 sacks and three forced fumbles.

247Sports’ Andrew Ivins wrote a scouting report on Willor last September, describing Wilor as “a quick-twitched big man that can get after the quarterback.”

“Should be viewed as a ball of clay that could be molded into a variety of different things depending on scheme and team needs. Likely will need some time to get adjusted to the physicality and demands of Power Five football, but has a higher ceiling given how he moves for someone his size.”
