We now know when Penn State-Minnesota will kick off, and what channel the game will be on.
The kickoff time will be 7 p.m., and the channel will be FS1.
This will be the third night game Penn State has played this season, and the third time it’s been on FS1.
FS1 broadcasted the first Penn State game of the Matt Campbell era Sept. 5 against Marshall, and broadcasted PSU’s most recent game, a 28-25 win at Washington Nov. 7. Of Penn State’s nine games so far, two have been on FS1, one has been on ESPN2 (Temple), two have been on the Big Ten Network (Buffalo, Purdue), one has been on Peacock (Wisconsin), one has been on FOX (Northwestern) and one has been on CBS (Michigan).
Additionally, three Penn State games have been at 3:30 (Marshall, Michigan, Wisconsin), two have been at noon (Temple, Buffalo), one has been at 5 (Wisconsin), one has been at 8 (Northwestern), one has been at 7:30 (USC) and one has been at 4:15 (Purdue).

The “six day window” made it so that it wouldn’t be known until late Saturday night which of these two times would be the one.
Minnesota coach PJ Fleck knows all about night games in Beaver Stadium. Fleck’s only appearance in Beaver Stadium as Minnesota’s coach took place in 2022, and Penn State won that one, 45-17.
PSU will hope for a similar result this time around.
