**Penn State football has offered Hardy Watts (2025), a 6-foot-5, 285-pound lineman from Dexter Southfield High School in Massachusetts.
Watts also has an offer from Pitt.

**Penn State has offered Cortez Mills (2025), a four-star receiver from Florida’s Homestead High School. Mills (6-foot-1, 170 pounds) also has offers from schools such as Boston College, Florida State, Louisville, Miami, Michigan, Syracuse, Texas A&M, Utah and West Virginia.

**Penn State’s highest rated ‘25 commit, Jaelyne Matthews, is visiting Happy Valley this weekend.
Matthews, a four-star from Tom’s River North High School in New Jersey, is 6-foot-8, 280 pounds and was the first ‘25 player to commit to Penn State, doing so in January. Matthews has still been listening to other schools. Since committing to Penn State, he’s received offers from Florida, Florida State, Michigan and Wisconsin. He’s also visiting Georgia, which offered him last April, at the end of May.

**Penn State has offered Dominic Toy (2024), a three-star ATH from Chester High School in Pennsylvania. The 6-foot-5, 200-pound Toy also has offers from schools such as Boston College, Pitt, Rutgers, Syracuse and Temple.

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Semaj Beals (2026), a 6-foot-1 quarterback from Philly’s Roman Catholic High School. Beals also has offers from schools such as Boston College, Duke, Maryland, Pitt, Temple, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.
