Penn State men’s basketball senior Seth Lundy is one of 21 players to participate in the 2023 NABC-Reese’s All-Star Game this upcoming Friday. Lundy caps off his career year to finish his collegiate career with the honor of playing in Houston with some of the best players in the nation.
Lundy finished the 2022-23 campaign with averages of 14.2 points per game and 6.3 rebounds per game, being one of just ten Division-I basketball players to average over 10 points per game and six rebounds per game. He was also one of the most efficient shooters in the country, shooting over 53.3% from two-point range, 40.0% from three-point range and 80.7% from the free-throw line. His three-point percentage finished second in the Big Ten and within the top 40 in the country.
Lundy spent four years at Penn State and finished as one of the best players in program history. He averaged at least 10 points per game and four rebounds per game in his last three seasons at Penn State. He has an extra year of eligibility but has already declared for the 2023 NBA Draft.
All players in the all-star game are from the Division-I level and aren’t participating in the Final Four this weekend, which features Connecticut, Florida Atlantic, Miami and San Diego State. The all-star game is this Friday, March 31, at 4:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. CT at NRG Stadium in Houston as part of Reese’s Final Four Friday. The full roster is below:
