Moussa Kane Puts Penn State in Final 3

Penn State

Three-star safety Moussa Kane has put Penn State in his final three alongside Duke and Oklahoma, he announced on Twitter earlier today. The 6-foot-1, 176-pound safety hails from Blair Academy in Blairstown, New Jersey. He decided on his final three over offers from Boston College, Clemson, Ole Miss, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Rutgers, Syracuse, Temple, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

Kane had visited Penn State back in January and was offered by the school in November of 2021. He is the 59th rated safety on 247Sports and the 10th rated player in the state of New Jersey. Rivals has him as the 20th rated player in the state.

If Kane were to commit to Penn State, he’d be the 13th recruit for their 2023 recruiting class. Currently Penn State’s 2023 class ranks No. 3 on 247Sports and No. on Rivals. He’d be the second safety of the class following three-star Conrad Hussey and the third defensive back to commit following Hussey and three-star corner back Lamont Payne.

The current class of 12 includes the No. 32 recruit in the country in five-star interior offensive lineman Alex Birchmeier. Four-star recruits OT J’ven Williams, TE Andrew Rappleyea and ATH Mathias Barnwell also highlight the class that is rounded out by eight three-star recruits.
