Update (6:21 PM)—

**Webb, a four-star running back from Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville, Florida, put Penn State in his top five March 25 and is reportedly down to Florida and Penn State of those five, which also include Baylor, Tennessee and South Carolina.

Webb, still a junior in high school, isn’t scheduled for an official visit to Penn State until June 11, so it’s hard to say what his tweet was specifically about.

Update (1:34 PM)— 

**Erby (2024) is a three-star quarterback from Steelton-Highspire High School in Harrisburg. Penn State has yet to offer him, but he holds offers from eight schools, including Maryland, Nebraska and Rutgers.

**Belfort is one of the most highly-touted freshmen in the nation and already has 18 offers. Penn State offered him Wednesday.

Update (12:09 PM)—

**Goff (2024) is a 5-foot-10, 185-pound running back from Central York High School. A teammate of quarterback and 2022 Penn State signee Beau Pribula, Goff rushed for 507 yards on 87 carries (5.83 YPC) and scored 10 touchdowns, helping Central York to a 10-1 record.
