The Penn State men’s basketball team picked up another commitment today in Thomas Allard.

Allard is a 6′-7″, 210 lb. junior from the University of Alabama in Huntsville who had entered the transfer portal at the end of last season.

He averaged 13.7 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game for the Chargers.

Allard makes the fifth transfer portal addition to the PSU men’s basketball 2026-2027 roster.

With one year of eligibility remaining, the guard from Suwanee, Georgia is known for his versatility as a high-volume shooter, scorer and playmaker.

The elite shooter, especially from beyond the arc, can also play the small forward position due to his large 6′-7″ frame.

The University of Alabama in Huntsville competes in the Gulf South Conference for NCAA Division II sports.
