Penn State Football is keeping in contact with 2027 three-star Ka’ron Ceaser, a 5-foot-11, 180 pound ATH out of Winslow Township, N.J., who they initially offered during the James Franklin regime.
Ceaser first picked up an offer from the Nittany Lions in August 2025; he also has offers from Virginia Tech — Franklin offered him with the Hokies in February — as well as Pitt, Syracuse, Texas A&M, Duke, Wake Forest and Maryland. Penn State re-offered Ceaser on Jan. 16, with Ceaser tagging running backs coach Savon Huggins, himself a New Jersey native, in his offer post.
Ceaser’s head coach at Winslow Township, Bill Belton, is a Penn State alumnus who played running back for the Nittany Lions from 2011 to 2014, picking up more than 1,500 yards with four touchdowns.
According to his Twitter (X) account, Ceaser will attend Penn State for an official visit from June 5-7; per a report from Tyler Calvaruso of 247Sports, he’ll also make the trip to Happy Valley for a spring practice session.
He lists himself as an ATH/cornerback in his Twitter bio, indicating a preference for the defensive side of the ball but the ability to serve at a skill position or on special teams. Ceaser’s junior season defensive highlights show him using his hands to disrupt and stick with opposing receivers. When the ball isn’t headed directly his way, Ceaser also displays the ability to diagnose plays and react, crashing down from the outside to break up passes underneath or force fumbles. He also made a series of nice plays stopping the run, a rarity for a high school defensive back.
