We now know when Penn State will play Ohio State, and plenty of fans from both sides won’t be too happy about it.
Please @bigten , get rid of the Big Noon Kickoff.

Although it’s not a surprise that this annual showdown will take place at noon on Fox Saturday, Nov. 2.
This phenomenon is better known as “Big Noon,” and it’s not something that a portion of Penn State football’s fans are fond of.
Before Big Noon became a factor, PSU and OSU would almost always play at night. In coach James Franklin’s first eight meetings against Ohio State, seven were at night with the other one being at 3:30.
This will be the third straight year the teams have played on Big Noon.
A TOP 5 CLASH?
If No. 3 PSU beats Wisconsin this Saturday and No. 4 OSU does the same, these teams will each be in the top five when Ohio State comes to Beaver Stadium. This has only happened once before: In 1996, when Penn State came in No. 4 and Ohio State No. 3. That game was in Columbus and Ohio State romped, 38-7. PSU would certainly like a better result this time around.
BUT FIRST…
For this PSU-OSU game to be a top five clash, Penn State must take care of Wisconsin. That game is scheduled for 7:30 on NBC this Saturday night.
Plenty of Penn State and Ohio State fans wish the Nov. 2 game could be on Saturday night. Instead, it’s another Big Noon kick, and the fans will have to be ready bright and early.
