A Class of 2025 DB from New Jersey has set his Penn State official visit dates.
Late Wednesday morning, news broke that Braswell Thomas, a three-star from New Jersey’s Lower Cape May Regional School, had locked in his official visit for June 21-23.

Thomas is set to take an OV to West Virginia this coming weekend and Nebraska the weekend after that.
This past weekend, Thomas was at Penn State for its first Elite Prospect Camp of the summer.
He also attended Penn State’s two home night games— against West Virginia Sept. 2 and Iowa Sept. 23– last season. Penn State offered him in late March 2023. He also has offers from schools such as Georgia, Maryland, Nebraska, Pitt, Rutgers, Syracuse, Tennessee and West Virginia.
When Thomas saw Penn State play West Virginia in person last season, Drew Allar played maybe his best game to date as a college quarterback.
He ended the night completing 21 of 29 passes for 325 yards, three touchdowns and no interception.
Thomas raved about Allar to 247Sports afterward.
“Allar is a beast,” Thomas said. “He gets the ball anywhere he wants to on the field. Climbs the pocket incredibly and puts the ball on an absolute dime on the run.
“As long as his receivers ran their routes precise and 100 percent, he got it there as seen.”
Thomas was also impressed by Penn State’s much-celebrated atmosphere.
“I wanted to visit to see what all the hype was about with the beast crowd and fan base in college football,” he said. “They definitely lived up to it for sure.”
Penn State has one DB committed to its 2025 Class. That’s Xavier Thomas, a three-star from Pittsburgh Central Catholic.
