Update (11:50 a.m.)— **Penn State has extended an offer to Jesse Harrold (2025), a four-star, 6-foot-5 , 230-pound EDGE who’s teammates with Kelly at Robinson. Harold also has offers from Cincinnati, Florida, Florida A&M, Georgia, UCF, USF and UConn.

Update (11:42 a.m.)— **Penn State football’s offered Dominick Kelly (2026), a 6-foot-1, 175-pound CB from Tampa’s T.R. Robinson High School. He also has offers from Florida and South Florida.

Update (11:33 a.m.)— **Penn State has extended an offer to Messiah Delhomme (2025), a four-star, 6-foot-1, 196-pound ATH from Virginia’s Warwick High School. He also has offers from schools such as Alabama, Auburn, Boston College, Duke, Florida State, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, NC State, Ohio State, Virginia, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

Update (11:24 a.m.)— **Penn State’s offered Jaborree “jAbo” Riggins (2026), a 6-foot-4 receiver from Florida’s Fort Lauderdale High School. He also has offers from Florida Atlantic, Florida International, Texas A&M, West Virginia and Western Kentucky.

Update (11:14 a.m.)— **Penn State football has extended an offer to Thomas Davis Jr. (2026). Davis is a four-star, 6-foot-2, 205-pound LB from Weddington High School in North Carolina. Davis also has offers from schools such as Auburn, Boston College, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Miami, NC State, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest. Davis is the son of Thomas Davis, who played 16 years in the NFL and was an All-Pro LB with the Carolina Panthers.

Update (11:03 a.m.)— **Kentrell Rinehart will be at Penn State this weekend. Rinehart (2025) is a three-star, 6-foot-1, 205-pound RB from Ohio’s Westland High School. He also has offers from schools such as Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, NC State, Purdue and Syracuse.
