**Penn State football has extended an offer to Jeffrey Overton (2025), a three-star RB/DB from Virginia’s Freedom High School. Overton (5-foot-10.5, 187-pounds) also has offers from schools such as Boston College, Duke, Maryland, NC State, Ohio State, Pitt, Syracuse, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and West Virginia.

Update (1:29 p.m.)— **Romando Johnson will be at Penn State Jan. 27. Johnson (2025) is a three-star, 6-foot-4, 230-pound EDGE from Florida’s Monarch High School. Penn State offered Johnson in July. He also has offers from schools such as Cincinnati, Florida, Louisville, Miami, Purdue, Pitt, Texas A&M, Wake Forest and Wisconsin.
