Penn State Making Impression With Elite 2024 Wide Receiver Nicholas Marsh

Despite not necessarily being in their recruiting circle, Penn State football has done a tremendous job recently recruiting the state of Michigan.

That’s an even more impressive feat considering they’re going up against Michigan and Michigan State for these talented players.

In their last few recruiting classes, the Nittany Lions have been able to land names such as 4-star linebacker Kari Jackson, 4-star defensive back Jaylen Reed, 4-star linebacker Kobe King, 4-star defensive back Kalen King and 3-star linebacker Jamari Buddin.

Penn State found out today that they’ve made the initial cut for one of the top juniors in the country.

2024 4-star wide receiver Nicholas Marsh from River Rouge High School in River Rouge, Michigan has over 35 offer and Saturday morning, released a Top 12 that included Penn State.

The 6’3″, 180-pound wide out, that’s ranked by Rivals.com as one of the Top 10 receivers and one of the Top 40 overall players in the Class of 2024 released a Top 12 of Penn State, Auburn, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Kansas, Michigan State, UCLA, Ole Miss, Michigan, Notre Dame, Maryland and Oregon.

Marsh had been a commitment of Michigan State but last month announced that he was opening his recruitment back up.

Penn State has been recruiting Marsh for some time, having offered him back in May of 2021.

Marsh made an unofficial visit to Penn State on April 6.
