**Carter Lowe will be in Beaver Stadium for tomorrow’s Blue-White Game. Lowe (2025) is a four-star offensive tackle from the Class of 2024. The 6-foot-6, 300-pounder plays at Whitmer High School in Toledo, Ohio. Lowe also has offers from schools such as Cincinnati, Florida State, Kentucky, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State and West Virginia.

Update (2:04 p.m.)—
**Jerrae “Tank” Hawkins will be at the Blue-White game. Hawkins (2024) is a four-star receiver who played at West Virginia’s Wheeling Park High School. Penn State is in his top six along with Florida, Miami, Louisville, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

**Bobby Mears will be at Blue-White. Mears is a Class of 2023 PWO that committed to Penn State in November. He’s a 6-foot-4, 235-pound linebacker from PA’s Malvern Prep.

**Amaree Williams will also be at the Blue-White game. Williams (2025) is a 6-foot-5, 210-pounder from The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, capable of playing EDGE, TE or WR. Penn State offered Williams last month. He also has offers from schools such as Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Kentucky, Miami, Oregon, Pitt, Rutgers, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas A&M.

**Penn State PWO commit Liam Powers (2023) will be at tomorrow’s Blue-White game. The lineman from Central Bucks East High School committed to Penn State in November.
