**Penn State football has offered Savion Hiter (2026), a 5-foot-11, 180-pound RB/OLB from Louisa County High School in Mineral, Virginia. Hiter also has offers from Georgia, James Madison, Maryland, Morehouse College, Old Dominion, Oregon, Syracuse, Virginia, and Virginia Tech.

Update (1:47 p.m.)—

**Penn State has offered Saimire Locks (2025), a 6-foot-2, 175-pound DB/WR from Simon Grantz High School in Philly. Locks has offers from Delaware State and Temple.

Update (1:37 p.m.)—

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Terrance “Deuce” Edwards (2023), a three-star cornerback from Virginia’s Trinity Episcopal School. Edwards (6-foot-1, 175 pounds) also has offers from schools such as Boston College, Colorado, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Syracuse, Tennessee, Virginia, Syracuse and West Virginia.

Update (9:53 a.m.)—

**Penn State extended an offer to Dyzier Carter (2026), a 6-foot, 180-pound WR/S from Louisa County High School in Virginia. Carter also has offers from schools such as Cincinnati, Maryland, Syracuse, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.

Update (9:45 a.m.)—

**Penn State has offered PJ Dean (2026), a 6-foot-5, 308-pound lineman from West Forsyth High School in Clemmons, North Carolina.

Update (9:37 a.m.)—

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Malcolm Ziglar (2024) a 6-foot-2, 195-pound ATH from Fuquay-Varina High School in North Carolina. Ziglar also has offers from schools such as Duke, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Virginia, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
