**Penn State has offered Carter Lowe (2025), a 6-foot-6, 290-pound offensive tackle from Whitmer High School in Toledo, Ohio. Lowe has offers from schools such as Cincinnati, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State and Kentucky.

**Penn State football has extended an offer to Xavier Gilliam (2024), a 6-foot-3, 245-pound DE/OLB from Wilde Lake High School in Maryland.
Gilliam also has offers from Boston College, Duke, Indiana, Liberty, Ole Miss, Pitt, UMass, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and West Virginia.
