Penn State has offered a pair of 2023 offensive lineman recently with three-star Christopher Andre Otto (6-foot-5, 285-pounds) and Sean Dugery (6-foot-4, 285-pounds).
Otto is an offensive tackle from Key West, Florida and is currently a three-star recruit on all major outlets 247Sports, Rivals and On3. Penn State is his 22nd offer and he’s taken an official visit to Stanford already. He is currently being projected by all three outlets to go to Florida State.
He is not ranked on Rivals but sits as the 107th (247Sports) and 110th (On3) ranked high school athlete from the state of Florida for the class of 2023. Those two outlets have him ranked as the 50th (247Sports) and 56th (On3) rated offensive tackle in the class.

Dugery isn’t rated on any of the major three outlets which is interesting as PennLive has him as the 74th best prospect in the state. He’s a guard and comes from the Haverford School in Glenn Mills, Pennsylvania. PennLive broke him down as follows:
”He’s a versatile big guy who played right tackle, right guard and center as a junior. We think he’ll ultimately end up at guard at the next level where his size, strength and ability to move for a big man should give him the tools to succeed.”
#AGTG After a great gameday visit this past weekend, I’m blessed to say I have received an opportunity to play D1 football‼️ @PennStateFball @Coach_Elby @coachjfranklin @CoachTrautFB pic.twitter.com/LoKCIlWnaR
