**Penn State football has extended an offer to Fred Gaskin III (2024), a four-star, 5-foot-11, 185-pound ATH from Vanguard High School in Ocala, Florida.
Gaskin has more than a dozen other offers, from schools such as Florida, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Iowa State, Louisville, Miami, Purdue and South Carolina.
