**Penn State has offered Sam Pilof (2024), a 6-foot-3, 205-pound linebacker from Middleton High School in Wisconsin. Pilof is a three-star according to 247Sports’ site rankings and also has offers from Iowa State, Rutgers and Wisconsin.
