Treyaun Webb, a four-star Class of 2023 running back from Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville, Florida, will be taking his official visit to Penn State June 10, his father, Reginald, tweeted Sunday morning.

Webb is the No. 5 running back in his class according to 247Sports’ composite rankings.
Penn State is in Webb’s top five, and it’s generally believed that Penn State and Florida are the favorites. Along with Penn State and Florida, Baylor, South Carolina and Tennessee are in the running for Webb, who will announce his commitment June 30.
There are signs that point to Webb choosing Florida. He is a native of the state, and his cousin, Dee, was a five-star cornerback who played for the Gators in the mid-2000s. Seven of 247Sports’ “crystal ball” projections have Webb committing to Florida.
Webb had initially been committed to Oklahoma, but de-committed Nov. 28, the same day Lincoln Riley left OU to become the head coach at USC.
Penn State currently has 12 commits from the 2023 class thus far, and none of them are running backs. Penn State has plenty of promise at the position, however, with five-star Nick Singleton and four-star Kaytron Allen signed to the 2022 class and Keyvone Lee returning from last year’s squad.
Webb also has the ability to play corner, which might be the most realistic position for him should be become a Nittany Lion.
