Update (10:34 AM)—
**Penn State football has extended an offer to Elijah Rushing (2024), a 6-foot-5.5, 226-pound, four-star DE/LOB from Salpointe Catholic High School in Tucson, Arizona.
Rushing has more than 20 other offers, including from Florida, Georgia, Miami, Michigan and Michigan State.
”My dad exposed me early on to the historic football program,” Rushing told Nittany Sports Now. “He explained to me how Penn State has always been known for its defense. So when I heard they were interested in me, it was like a dream. This was team I had only seen on YouTube.”
