4-Star LB Tony Rojas To Officially Visit Penn State June 17-19

Four-star  2023 LB Tony Rojas, who has Penn State in his top four, will take his official visit to Happy Valley the weekend of June 17-19.

He’ll be joined that weekend by fellow four-stars Rodney Gallagher and Ta’Mere Robinson, so those few days will be important for Penn State’s 2023 class.

Rojas has Penn State in his top four along with Clemson, Georgia and Miami. The 6-foot-3, 200-pound linebacker from Fairfax High School in Fairfax, Virginia, was offered by Penn State last July, and is the third-ranked player in Virginia according to 247Sports’ composite rankings. The state’s top high school player, offensive lineman Alex Birchemier, has been committed to Penn State since last July, and the No. 2 player, receiver Cameron Seldon, is projected to committed to Penn State according for 247’s lone “crystal ball” projection, placed by the site’s Director of Football Recruiting Steve Wiltfong.

Rojas will have a busy June. He’s visiting Clemson June 3-5, Miami June 9-11 and Georgia June 24-26, along with his Penn State visit.

There are two “crystal balls” placed for Rojas, and both have him going to Penn State. It remains to be seen where Rojas will end up, but his interest in Penn State, as well as the fact that four of Penn State’s 11 2023 commits are from Virginia, are both good signs for Penn State fans.
