Penn State has offered a scholarship to class of 2023 junior college wide receiver Malik Benson from Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, Kansas.
Benson has received offers from Alabama, Georgia, Auburn, Baylor, Florida, Kansas and Kansas State over the past two months.
Benson is a 6-foot-1, 185-pound two-sport athlete who also starred in track and field at Lansing High School. He caught 43 passes for 1,229 yards and 11 touchdowns for the Blue Dragons in 2021 and earned himself National Junior College All-American honors last season.
Benson ran a 10.4 in the 100-meter dash out of high school and has competed in the long jump.
