The walk-ons keep piling on for Penn State.
Less than 24 hours after Downingtown, Pennsylvania, native Samual Siafa announced his commitment to Penn State, Watertown, Connecticut, native Dominic Rulli announced that he’s picking State College as his destination to and continue his football career.

Rulli is a 6-foot-3, 280-pound offensive lineman who played his high school football at The Taft School.
Before picking Penn State, 247Sports listed West Virginia as the favorite to land Rulli, which he named the day after Christmas. Rulli also had an offer from Columbia, and Army, UConn and Kentucky were also on his college list.
Rulli’s commitment comes a week after 6-foot-7, 320-pound offensive tackle Jim Fitzgerald announced his intent to walk on at Penn State.
