Treyaun Webb, a 2023 four-star running back out of Trinity Christian Academy in Jacksonville, FL announced on twitter that he will be making a visit to Penn State coming up this spring. He is scheduled to visit the school on June 11 and already has offers from South Carolina, Georgia, USC, Alabama, and Oklahoma.
Webb is a 6-foot-1, 205-pound running back that has a lean athletic build. He has the speed to bounce out to the perimeter with good open field shiftiness and acceleration. He is also a methodical runner that runs with patience and is able to absorb contact and move forward to get the tough yards when needed.
Scouts think that he could add about ten pounds of bulk to limit the durability concerns as he missed four games last season due to hamstring injury. Webb broke his arm in his freshman season and had a nagging ankle in his sophomore season. Webb still rushed for 1,192 yards and 11 touchdowns as he helped lead the Conquerors to the Florida State Class 2A state championship.
Penn State does not a running back commitment for the 2023 class but if they can add Webb to go along with incoming Freshman Nicholas Singleton and Kaytron Allen then they can potentially the best stable of running backs in the Big Ten.
