Another star athlete from Western Pennsylvania will be in State College this weekend.
Earlier today, Nittany Sports Now told you about 2023 Brashear 2023 4-star linebacker Ta’Mere Robinson’s unofficial visit on Friday.
The second visitor that we can confirm is Aliquippa freshman running back Tiqwai Hayes. Back in December, Penn State became the first school to extend Hayes a Division I offer. Shortly after, Hayes received his second one from Pitt.
In his first season of varsity football, Hayes (5’11”, 185) rushed for 1,711 yards and 23 touchdowns for the WPIAL and PIAA State Champion Aliquippa Quips.

Last week, Hayes was named to the Max Prep Freshman All-American team.
This will be the second visit to State College for Hayes. He made an unofficial visit for Penn State’s game against Michigan.
