Penn State Football Hosting A Number of Recruits For Unofficial Visits Today

It’s another important weekend for James Franklin and his Penn State program as they will host hosting another group of recruits for unofficial visits.

While the group today won’t be as large as it was last Saturday, the Nittany Lions will have a large number of players in State College. This will be the case next weekend as well, as the live period of recruiting comes to a close.

Here are the names that Nittany Sports Now has confirmed that will be in town and we’ll continue adding to this list as we learn more.

MAKING UNOFFICIAL VISIT TO PENN STATE/JANUARY 22:

Sean Williams: 2023 wide receiver from St. John’s College High School in Washington DC.

Austin Ramsey: 2023 offensive tackle from Roman Catholic in Philadelphia, PA.    Holds Penn State offer.

Neeo Avery: 2023 4-star defensive end from Good Counsel High School in Olney, Maryland.   2023 Penn State Commitment.

Mega Barnwell: 2023 4-star tight end from Fredericksburg, Virginia.  2023 Penn State Commitment.

Matthew Detisch: 2022 offensive tackle from Mars, Pennsylvania.   2022 Penn State Run-On Commitment.

Landon O’Connell: 2024 quarterback from Pickerington, Ohio.

AJ Locke: 2023 athlete from Hicksville, New York.

Gabe Tahir: 2023 3-star cornerback from Kennewick, Washington.  Holds Penn State offer

Braeden Marshall: 2023 4-star cornerback from Lake Mary, Florida.  Holds Penn State offer

Deveyon Fitzgerald: 2023 wide receiver from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Tayvion Galloway: 2024 tight end/defensive end from Chillicothe, Ohio.

Jaden Ball: 2024 offensive tackle from Carroll, Ohio.

Sage Clawges: 2023 athlete from Morgantown, West Virginia.

Cole Surber: 2023 offensive tackle from Nokesville, Virginia.

Dee Crayton: 2023 4-star outside linebacker from Alpharetta, Georgia.  Holds Penn State offer.
