**Penn State football extends an offer today to 2024 athlete Tre Mcleod from Imhotep Charter School in Philadelphia. McLeod received the news from Kenny Sanders and Terry Smith and also holds offers from Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Boston College, West Virginia and Pitt.

**Penn State football has extended an offer to 2023 3-star wide receiver Paul Billups from Western Branch High School in Chesapeake, Virginia. Billups received the news from assistant Anthony Poindexter and also holds offers from Maryland, North Carolina, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Old Dominion, Liberty, Duke and Syracuse.

**Nittany Sports Now has learned that Penn State offensive line coach Phil Trautwein 2023 3-star defensive lineman Nathan Efobi and 2023 athlete Ty Watkins from South Forsyth High School in Cumming, Georgia. Efobi holds offers from Georgia, Louisville, Miami, Georgia State, Georgia Tech, Liberty and East Carolina.

**Former Penn State receiver Nick Bowers has been one of 12 Las Vegas Raiders signed to reserve/futures contracts. Bowers played at Penn State from 2015-19.

**Penn State football extends an offer this morning to freshman defensive end Ari Watford from Salem High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This becomes Watford’s 9th D-1 offer with the other ones coming from Duke, Buffalo, Jackson State, Maryland, North Carolina, Pitt, Virginia and Virginia Tech.
