**Penn State football has extended an offer to 2023 offensive/defensive lineman Anthony Donkoh from Aldie, Virginia. Donkoh (6’5″, 275) received the offer from assistant coach Ty Howie and also holds offers from Virginia Tech and Duke.

Update (10:25 AM)-
**2023 offensive tackle Sullivan Absher (Belmont, North Carolina) received an offer from assistant coach Phil Trautwein and Penn State. Absher (6’7″, 275) has other offers from Duke, Michigan State, Notre Dame, NC State, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Old Dominion, Coastal Carolina and Appalachian State.

Update (10:15 AM)-
**Penn State football extends an offer to 2023 3-star wide receiver Kyle Parker from Lucas, Texas. Parker (5’11”, 175) received the offer from offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich and also holds offers from Pitt, Arizona, Central Michigan, Ohio and Northern Arizona.
